Senior Representatives
Senior people each Party names in the Contract Data. Under W1 each side sends them a statement of case, and they have up to three weeks to settle the dispute.

Merrow Vale referred the CE014 dispute to the Senior Representatives on 3 August 2026. Their list of issues followed on 24 August.
