Acceptance the contract treats as given after a Project Manager's silence. The Contractor must first notify the failure to reply, and a further period must pass.
On the Aldermere project
Merrow Vale's resubmitted programme had no reply. After the failure was notified on 25 February, it was treated as accepted on 4 March 2026.
