Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996
The UK Construction Act, amended in 2009. It gives rights to adjudicate and to fair payment notices for construction operations in the United Kingdom.
On the Aldermere project
The Act does not reach Aldermere, which is outside the United Kingdom, so there is no Option Y(UK)2.
