Condition
The state the work must reach by a Key Date, which the Contract Data describes. Like the Key Date, it can change under the contract.
“the date by which work is to meet the Condition stated” (11.2(11))

The Condition for Key Date 1 is that the Mill Lane embankment is finished and ready for planting.
