The running total owed at an assessment date: the Price for Work Done to Date plus other sums, less deductions. Each payment is the change since the last.
On the Aldermere project
The amount due on 4 May 2026 was GBP 2,057,730. With GBP 1,500,000 due at 6 April, the payment was GBP 557,730.
